We went to Nahal Kziv yesterday with Asya and her family. It was a lot of fun (even though it was hard - for me, anyway).
the view of the Monfort Castle
walking down the mountain to the river
Nahal Kziv down below - one of the few rivers in Israel that flow in summer as well. The water is clear and you can see trout swimming around where it is deep enough. When you put your feet in they come to check and bite a little, but you can watch them... and that's fun.
Taking a break - the kids can walk around and splash in water ... the dog can rest and we can eat a little and relax. It is quiet, the birds are chirping, the frogs are croaking...
one of the flour mills standing on the river
walking hand in hand across the river. In the end Michelle and Sasha decided to walk in the water so they got all wet and happy!
We found this beautifull place and decided to swim
Came home and fell asleep on the couch - all of us together ... what a great day!
